Android 7.0 Nougat

No need to be disheartened if you own any other latest flagship phones. You just have to wait for some time; hopefully, the Nougat will knock the door of your device in next few months before New Year. So good luck guys.

Update: ZeroWaste is now InstaCash

This is definitely good news for the Android lovers. Though the new updated Android by Google is just a way of refining what we already have and happy with. Google has been following a pattern since Android 5.0. They have been making major changes in their design language on their phones. The last update of Android, “Marshmellow”, had come with the flat but bold design.

Android 7.0 Nougat does not make any major changes to the way your look and in its feel but definitely, this new updated Android version is packed with some fantastic new features which you would love to experience. So let’s see; is the Nougat something which is worth waiting for?

Here we are sharing few new updated features of Nougats which you must need to know:

1) Multi Window Split: With Android 7.0 Nougat now you can use two apps side by side at a time. When you use this feature the screen splits into two parts in 50/50 ratio by default but these windows are resizable as per your convenience. This feature has introduced in many phones before. Use of this feature may vary with your lifestyle and size of your mobile but now with increasing trend of keeping big screen mobile, this seems to be a useful feature update.

2) Instant App: It is going to be a game changer in the war between Android and IOS. Now no more need to download an App to see whether it is an App which will fulfill your motive, interest or not. You just have to go to the Google play store and start testing the app without downloading it.

3) Quick-Witted Notification: New Android 7.0 Nougat allows you to reply a text or chat directly from the notification pane without opening the app like facebook messenger, hangout etc.

4) Better Battery Backup: Google has introduced this feature called Doze in Android 6.0 Marshmellow, which saves the battery while the phone is lying idle. This time, they stepped a level up and came with a better and powerful “Doze on the Go” feature, which works even when the phone is in your pocket or moving with its screen off.

5) Virtual Reality: Google saw every company is making a unique platform for virtual reality experience. So keeping this thing in mind Google has created a hardware and software platform called daydream for virtual reality. Now all the big companies do not need to build their separate VR platform or tie up with any third party. Developers can build one VR app which would work on all android devices.

6) Multi-Language and locale support: Nougat supports multi-language which is very useful for multilingual users. You can select multiple locales in your settings as per your preferences for apps to tailor its content. For example, if you are using any app localized for multiple languages, you will see all your top preferences and if it is set to select only one language it will select your top preference.

7) Android TV Recording: Now save multiple sessions, which means you can record while watching or schedule the recording with new added functionality DVR in 7.0 Nougat. This is definitely a great feature for android installed TVs.
